The Planning Committee of the 50th Anniversary of the Lord's church in Ghana has announced that come Sunday, the 11th day of the month of December 2011, all the branches of the church in the country will converge at the Independence square at 8 am to worship Jehovah.

It is supposed to be the biggest gathering of the church ever to be witnessed. This will also afford all the opportunity to meet brethren who have relocated to various parts of the country and to experience the sweet fellowship of brethren.

The media will cover it and some TV stations will air it live. Some missionaries and representatives from abroad are also expected to be in attendance.

This is the day all members are expected to give bountifully to the Lord to further the work of the Lord. Many preachers of the gospel will be there and the truth shall be preached again from a "National Pulpit."

Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ shall be in attendance!!! (Matt 18:20)

More details will be given as and when made known.

Please commit the programme into the Lord's hands.

I was part of the event it was indeed a big church service. bravo to all preachers who participated in serving the lord's supper it was very strategic.

The crowd was however more than expected. Bravo to the organising commitee.
